Job Role Overview As a Sales Executive at Dialmenow Online Pvt Ltd, you will be a pivotal member of our team responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients. This role demands an individual who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions in the areas of digital marketing, website development, and custom software solutions. Key Responsibilities Client Acquisition: Proactively reach out to businesses and individuals to understand their digital marketing and IT solution requirements. Generate and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings. Product and Service Promotion: Educate potential clients about the benefits of our digital marketing strategies, website development services, and custom software solutions. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and ensure long-term collaboration. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide prompt, professional assistance. Market Research: Conduct research to identify new market opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities. Stay updated on advancements in digital marketing, website technologies, and software solutions. Lead Conversion: Effectively handle objections and negotiate terms to close deals. Convert potential leads into long-term clients by offering customized solutions and demonstrating value. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, technical, and creative teams to deliver solutions that meet client requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and high client satisfaction. Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and sales progress in the CRM system. Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on client feedback, market trends, and sales performance. Strategic Input: Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and campaigns. Provide insights to improve the companys offerings and approach based on client feedback. Qualifications and SkillsMandatory Requirements: Experience: 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development in the IT industry (digital marketing, website development, or software solutions preferred). Education: Bachelors degree in marketing, business, IT, or related fields. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Ability to convey complex ideas in a simple and compelling manner. Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of digital marketing tools, website technologies, and software solutions. Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry advancements. Sales Skills: Strong persuasive abilities and proven experience in lead conversion. Confidence in negotiating and closing deals. Preferred Skills: Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage leads and client interactions. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
