Job Description
- Job Description Scope Of Work* Primary Shared Across Functionally Departmental Administration/ Interaction with Higher Management and various Departments Establish norms for various departmental activities. To ensure tracking of productivity of Engineering Deliverables Allot manpower for projects and review and optimize man hours Review of Engineering documents, reports & Operating manual Review of SAFE Charts, Cause & Effect Diagram Material tracking, MRIR control, SRN, material movement control Lead, Guide, Assist the Process Engineering Team & other Project Team members to execute contract activities. To be responsible for all the work with reference to a document/deliverables and/or activity assigned to team. To ensure that the documents/deliverables, generated, are in order before issuing it to others. To anticipate and discuss any potential delays and problems, if a with the Area Lead Engineer Relationships Management* Internal External To liase with Job Engineers and other discipline Lead Engineers Clients / Vendors Key Result Areas* Monitor, Support and review following documents: Technical proposal & feasibility Study and technical study reports. Approving the department procedures / plans / documents such as: Procedure and basis for the job Procedure for interface control with other departments DCN Design plan / Engineering execution plan including organization and engineering schedule for the job Basic Engineering Design Data / Design Criteria Procurement and construction schedule for the job ( if applicable ) Plan for sub-contracting the design/engineering activities Corrective action plan for identified non-conformance of design Trouble shooting report Corrective action plan for Non-conformances and observations of audits. Instruction manual for Pre-commissioning activities Proper and timely execution of projects in department Ensure completion of work in the assigned budget , project plan and man hours allotted Development & Growth of employees in the department Support to other disciplines in execution of projects Key Competencies Behavioral Need to Have Nice to Have Maintain good communication with discipline team and inter discipline. Leadership qualities Planning and Organizing Decision Making and Problem Solving Customer Focus Team work Innovative Thinking Drive Motivation Technical Need to Have Nice to Have Minimum 20 years of experience in Project Engineering in the hydrocarbon industry Relevant Design experience in the area of process engineering Experience in Design & Engineering of refinery, petrochemical, gas processing plants and LNG cryogenic units #JPKR #JPKR,
