Responsibilities
Develop sales plans: Create and implement sales plans to achieve business targets
Manage sales managers: Coach and mentor sales managers to generate business
Set objectives: Set and monitor objectives to achieve sales targets
Help with sales: Help partners generate and track leads, close sales, and upsell and cross sell
Provide training: Help partners with ongoing training to ensure a productive channel
Get feedback: Collect feedback from partners and customers on the selling process and products
Review sales plans: Review sales plans and support partner growth
Manage MIS: Manage MIS for the team and bank channel partner
Monitor team activities: Monitor team activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
