We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Officer to join our team in the Battery Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with existing customers, and promoting our battery products to achieve sales targets
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
2. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our battery products, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Promote our products to customers, highlighting their value proposition and unique selling points.
3. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to establish long-term relationships.
4. Sales Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve targets.
- Monitor and report sales performance regularly.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B. Tech or Marketing, Sales, Business Administration).
2. Experience: 2-3 years of sales experience in the battery industry or a related field.
