Exchange Administrator - JD
1. To Manage MS Exchange applications and servers.
2. To createdeletemodify mailboxes and distribution list as per requirement.
3. To monitor server health e.g., disk space, mail queue, backup status, alerts etc.
4. Coordinating with Data center team for backup task and firmware upgrades.
5. Ensuring patch management on all MS Exchange servers.
6. Preparing multiple reports and document as per management requirements.
7. Ticket resolution in service desk portal.
8. Coordinate & communicate with the engineers spread across various sites for troubleshooting related issues and to handle escalated issues.
1. Knowledge on Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above.
2. Knowledge of M365 solution.
3. Troubleshooting skills on Exchange server 2013 or above.
4. Good knowledge on Exchange DAG, fail over concepts, Accepted domains, RBAC, IIS logs, Mail Flow Architecture.
5. Should have good knowledge of Windows 2012.
6. Knowledge of using Monitoring Tools.
7. Quick learner and good team player.
8. Good communication skills.
9. Able to effectively prioritize tasks based on severity.
