Job Description

    Job Title: Business Writing & Client Onboarding Specialist

     

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Business Writing & Client Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in real estate finance and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This role will be instrumental in crafting compelling and informative content that effectively communicates complex financial information to both internal and external stakeholders.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Document Creation: Develop and prepare a range of financial documents, such as, financial analyses, investor presentations, and reports
    • Content Development: Create and curate engaging content for client platforms, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), FAQs, white papers, blog posts, and marketing materials.
    • Content Editing & Proofreading: Ensure the accuracy, clarity, and conciseness of all written materials, adhering to established style guidelines and brand standards.
    • Client Collaboration: Effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor written materials to meet their specific requirements.
    • Video Content Support: Contribute to the creation and editing of video content related to the real estate finance software.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Finance, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in business writing, with a strong focus on financial topics.
    • Demonstrated understanding of real estate finance concepts, including asset management, property valuation, and financial analysis.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong proofreading skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment.
    • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to meet deadlines.

     

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Prior experience within the real estate industry, particularly in finance, marketing or sales.
    • Familiarity with financial modeling and data analysis tools.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
