1- Understanding computer hardware, software & operating systems.
2- Proficiency in typing speed & data entry
3- Supporting Academic staff in type setting, hybrid learning tools-test-classroom materials.
4- Assist with required reports
5- Knowledge of Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Access vba, Macros are added advantage
6- Proficiency in writing Emails & Microsoft Excel
