This is Ria from FFI-Mumbai; we have an opportunity for Data Center Operator )with our Client
Experience: 1+ yrs
Skill: Working As Data Center Operator
Candidate should have data-centre experience to handle windows servers, monitoring tool, network servers, knowledge on network.
Backup Jobs Management
1) Schedule processes including the processes that need to be executed on a daily, monthly and yearly basis on applications and its databases.
2) Execute the monthly and yearly processes as per schedule.
3) Process batch jobs including uploads and downloads required to be performed on various applications as a process or on need basis.
Facility Management
1) Record the power parameters and alerts in the UPS in the data centre once every four hours.
2) Record the temperature and alerts of AC in the data centre once every four hours.
3) Monitor other environmental parameters in the data centre as per SOW and report any anomaly to the service desk.
4) Coordinate with vendors and support team for getting the issues resolved.
Scheduled Maintenance
1) Plan for periodic power and environment maintenance tasks for the data centers with respective vendors.
2) Coordinate with the Customer's Administration team for workspace, facilities, power and plan for the scheduled downtime.
3) Communicate to all concerned support groups and user community on the maintenance activity.
4) Perform shutdown and start-up of the applications, database and the underlying servers in an orderly manner.
5) Assist in physical moves of the racks in the data centre with assistance from the Customer's facilities team.
6) Execute the disaster recovery onsite activities.
7) Assist Service Desk and other remote teams in performing incident management in the event of non-accessibility of the servers or network devices remotely. Preparation of monthly datacenter operation report.
Notice period: Immediate
Job location: Pune (Ranjangaon)
CTC to be offered: up to 30000 per month
