Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales and Service Engineer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a motivated and enthusiastic fresher or someone with up to one year of experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting sales, providing technical services, and ensuring customer satisfaction in the Lucknow and Meerut regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Activities:
Identify and approach potential clients to promote products and services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Meet sales targets by understanding customer requirements and offering suitable solutions.
Service and Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance to clients by troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing of equipment as required.
Ensure timely follow-ups and support to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
Market Research:
Monitor market trends and competitor activities in the region.
Provide feedback and insights to improve product offerings and services.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, service visits, and client communications.
Submit regular reports on sales and service performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering fields.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic technical knowledge and the ability to troubleshoot.
Self-motivated with excellent time-management skills.
A valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the region.
