Job Description- SCCM Administrator L3

• Providing SCCM security Roles to administrator, Defining SCCM security roles and scope, SCCM account Password change /Updating
• Strong knowledge of any Microsoft System Centre Products, with the 'main' emphasis on the following System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM / Config Mgr) concepts
• Strong knowledge in sites, site roles, site component configuration: including Primary and Secondary sites, Distribution Points, Pull Distribution Points, discovery, boundaries, Application Catalogue, and client policy.
• OSD, Application, SUG Packages archival,
• Preparing customized reports in SCCM console and
• Checking system inboxes for backlogs, checking the site database health Periodical health checks of SCCM environment and site backup
• Perform DR test, Review SCCM Design, Review Documentation, Review Maintenance plan
• Maintaining SCCM server Inventory and updating the same,
• Creation/Modification on SCCM Server Policies
• CI creation and deployment, ITIL standard practices.
• Configuring/Maintaining discovery methods
• Manage P1 and P2 related issues.
• Good Understanding of TCP/IP and other networking services: DNS, WINS, DHCP, Routing.
• SQL Database concepts and some familiarity with SQL Profiler.
• Understanding of WMI and familiarity with WQL queries
• SQL log purging
• SQL local account creations/modification
• SQL backup maintenance task modification
