Role - Sr. Finance Manager
Location - Indore.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial strategies to support business goals.
Reporting: Prepare accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, for management review.
Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and IRDA compliance, tax laws, and corporate policies.
Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage investments to ensure liquidity. Optimise revenue ops for timely cash inflows.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting efficiency and accountability.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate financial risks by implementing strong internal controls.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments to provide financial insights, optimise operational processes and drive cost optimization.
Audit Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in financial management or a similar role and recent experience at an Insurance broking firm
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Leadership experience with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
