Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee HRSS Audit & Compliance In this role, you will be responsible for Conducting various SOX audits monthly/quarterly to identify gaps and meet audit requirements. Coordinating with internal Genpact stakeholders and external auditors Responsibilities Conducting various SOX audits monthly/quarterly to identify gaps and meet audit requirements Coordinating with internal Genpact stakeholders and external auditors Deep Dive in HRSS related process to draw compliance controls Facilitate implementing new compliance controls to mitigate gaps as required Collaborate with process managers to keep guideline documents, process narratives up to date Partnering with different functions such as HR, IT, audit teams on various ad hoc projects Working closely with IT to close certain SOX audit Reporting on process performance from compliance standpoint Qualifications we seek in you!
