Job Description: Associate (EMI Conversion)

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation.

• Customer handling.

• Making calls regarding banking services.

• Provide customers with accurate information about products, services, features, and benefits.

• Adopt a sales-driven approach to maximize conversions.

• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.

• Facilitate EMI conversion processes.

Location:

• Navi Mumbai (Juinagar)

• Thane (Hiranandani Estate), Thane West, Mumbai 400607

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand salary: 20,000 to 28,000

• Additional benefits: PF, insurance, and incentives

• Health insurance coverage

• Transport facility available from Panvel, Kalyan, and Thane station

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Graduation is compulsory.

• Fresh graduates or candidates with BPO experience can apply.
