Role/Job Title:Senior Specialist-Governance & Support Services Function/ Department:Governance & Support Services Roles & Responsibilities: Ensuring reconciliations are performed accurately and exceptions published at agreed intervals. Escalate the outstanding entries that needs quicker resolution to avoid TAT/aging breach. Ensure TAT and Quality of the Reconciliation output is improved with improvement in input sources and automation on Recon platform/s. Ensure people management in terms of hiring, training, motivating, and appraising timely. Contribute to the change agenda across WBO impacting Recon to ensure seamless integration. continuous improvement should be the order of the day. communication with the stake holders for understanding issues and feedback on the MIS/exceptions shared. engagement with the stakeholders to achieve common goals. Educational Qualifications: Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS) Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA) Experience: 10 to 18 years of relevant experience.,
