- Job Description Mandatory Skills: 8+ years of experience in Oracle financials and minimum 3+ years in Oracle fusion. Should have the experience in implementation and optimization of Oracle Financials Cloud solutions. Strong experience in facilitating customer relationships with support and providing advice. The position requires extensive expertise in Oracle Financials Cloud modules primarily into General Ledger and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in other modules such as AP and AR. Willingness to work in night shifts/US timings in the Initial phase of the project. Good to have: Oracle ERP SaaS certification in financial modules is a plus. BE, BTech, MCA, CA or equivalent preferred. Other qualifications with adequate experience may be considered. Responsibilities Job Responsibilities You will be implementing ERP SaaS Financial solutions for the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. Serve as the primary point of contact for all Oracle Financials Cloud-related initiatives, providing strategic guidance and thought leadership to stakeholders. Ability to relate the product functionality to business processes, and thus offer implementation advice to customers on how to meet their various business scenarios. Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand requirements, develop solution strategies, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, communicate project milestones, risks, and issues, and drive resolutions in a timely manner. Serve as the subject matter expert on Financials Cloud within the organization, offering guidance, troubleshooting assistance, and strategic insights.
