Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects that drive our companys mission forward. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of solutions using Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Oversee the development and maintenance of document templates and workflows. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. Ensure the quality and performance of deliverables through rigorous testing and validation. Develop and maintain technical documentation for all projects. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Participate in project planning and provide accurate time estimates for tasks. Work closely with stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Implement best practices for data security and compliance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our solutions. Contribute to the overall success of the team by sharing knowledge and expertise. Qualifications Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical role. Demonstrate extensive experience with Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. Have domain experience in Property and Casualty Insurance or Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues. Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation. Display excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Be capable of working in a hybrid work model with minimal supervision. Have a strong understanding of data security and compliance best practices. Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor junior team members. Show experience in conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to best practices. Be proficient in project planning and time estimation. Exhibit a continuous learning mindset and stay updated with industry trends. Have a collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Certifications Required Quadient Inspire Certification Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is a plus.,
