Job Responsibility Responsible for ensuring complete process governance Ensuring regular checks & review on the adherence to existing process To ensure validation and implementation of new processes Ensuring complete adherence to laid out Collections Policies & SOPs Regular Reviews of the processes Robust checks on Processes & Procedures Regular Reviews of the processes as per the current operational existence Process corrections to ensure increased collection efficiency Process corrections to ensure SLAs (for collection team and customers) Leading the Collections representation for any new product & process / SOP launch,
