The Role Oversee and manage business relationship with Fulfill to Delivery function business stakeholder to ensure business requirements and objectives are delivered in collaboration and act as a technical administrator and internal expert for Fulfill to Delivery systems. Owns end-to-end solution architecture, digital enablement, application delivery and support, business continuity, and total cost of ownership for Fulfill to Delivery systems. Ensures Fulfill to Delivery business strategy alignment and value delivery enabled by Fulfill to Delivery systems while meeting security and compliance requirements. Responsibilities Strategy (Transform and Run) Define Fulfill to Delivery system strategy and keep aligned with business partner priorities and enterprise architecture Produce and socialize Fulfill to Delivery system roadmap and 3-5 year reference architecture blueprint Continuously identify technology opportunities in the Fulfill to Delivery system domain Fulfill to Delivery System Management (Supply Chain Management Systems) Oversee implementation, business process configuration, production support, and on-going maintenance by working closely with business in agile ways of working Manage vendor relationship and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are accurately delivered Ensure protection of sensitive data (e.g., PII) and compliance to security and regulatory requirements Coordinate changes to system maintenance and related functions and assure all data transaction are entered into the system Manage and maintain integrations and enhancements Internal Collaboration, Team Management & Scale Manage projects and collaborate across the Fulfill to Delivery team to capture processing events In partnership with Fulfill to Delivery operations, advise users on how to best use system features and troubleshoot issues Provide guidance on Fulfill to Delivery system support in configuration, troubleshooting, reports and dashboards Ensure effective prioritization of work assignments and management of resources Proficiency in handling substantial financial resources Capabilities Knowledge of business ecosystem, Fulfill to Delivery technologies and their application within a business Familiarity with Fulfill to Delivery policies, procedures, and operations Familiarity with information management practices, system development life cycle management, IT services management, and agile and lean methodologies Exceptional soft and interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation and negotiation Understand existing, new and emerging technologies (AI), and processing environments Excellent organizational and leadership skills, detail oriented, problem-solving skills, and ability to identify and implement process improvement initiatives Experience in implementing packaged applications, SAAS applications and/or internal build applications Experience with influence and stakeholder management of senior-level company executives (CFO, CPO, etc) Qualifications 15+ years IT experience; 8+ years experience with Fulfill to Delivery or related systems to include ERP and CRM enterprise platforms for Global legacy to digital transformations. Proven experience managing large scale Fulfill to Delivery system implementation and deployment projects, involving at least 3 full life-cycle as a tech lead BSc/BA in IT, computer science, engineering or a related field; MSc/MA will be preferred,
