- 7 - 9 Years 1 Opening Pune Role description A skilled and experienced Cloud DevOps Lead with expertise in Harness, Infrastructure as Code (IAC), Kubernetes, AWS Cloud Services, and Database management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS cloud and DevOps practices, with a hands-on approach to technical leadership. Responsibilities: Lead the design, implementation, and management of cloud infrastructure and DevOps pipelines, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security. Utilize Harness, IAC (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), Kubernetes, and AWS services to drive automation, continuous integration, and continuous delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and project management. Provide mentorship and coaching to junior team members, fostering their growth and continuous learning in cloud and DevOps practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues, applying strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Continuously evaluate and improve cloud infrastructure, tooling, and processes to optimize performance and cost efficiency. Foster a culture of accountability and attention to detail within the team. Required Skills: Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud Services (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, VPC, etc.). Proficiency in DevOps practices and tools such as CI/CD, Automation, Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration. Strong experience in Infrastructure as Code (IAC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation. Familiarity with Harness for CI/CD automation and deployment pipelines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders. Proven experience in technical leadership, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and fostering team growth. Scripting & Automation: Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Go for task automation and problem-solving. Monitoring & Logging: Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, or Datadog. Security Best Practices: Knowledge of security practices for cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, including IAM, encryption, and network security. Experience with Microservices: Knowledge of microservices architectures, service mesh (e.g., Istio), and API gateways. Additional Tools: Experience with other CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) is a plus. Certifications: AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, or AWS Certified Developer.
