Description We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer specializing in J2EE to join our dynamic team. Your expertise in J2EE frameworks will be crucial in ensuring the scalability, performance, and security of our software solutions. As a senior developer, you will also mentor junior team members, provide technical guidance, and contribute to architectural discussions. Responsibilities Design and develop scalable and robust Java applications using J2EE technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Maintain and enhance existing applications, ensuring optimal performance and security. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production and non-production environments. Stay current with emerging technologies and propose initiatives to improve system architecture and performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in Java application development with a focus on J2EE. Strong understanding of J2EE components such as Servlets, JSP, and EJB. Proficiency in object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Familiarity with web services, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. (ref:hirist.tech),
