Job Description

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Recruitment & Onboarding

      • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
      • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company and its culture.
      • Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with operational requirements.
    2. Employee Relations

      • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
      • Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote team spirit, morale, and retention.
      • Facilitate regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to identify areas for improvement.
    3. Payroll & Benefits Administration

      • Assist in the administration of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
      • Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
      • Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave balances, and other related documentation.
    4. Training & Development

      • Coordinate training programs to improve employee skills, knowledge, and safety compliance.
      • Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure employees receive relevant development opportunities.
      • Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
    5. Compliance & Policy Management

      • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific regulations.
      • Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
      • Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with legal and company standards.
    6. Health & Safety Compliance

      • Collaborate with the safety department to ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
      • Coordinate safety training sessions and conduct periodic health and safety audits.
      • Monitor workers' compensation and injury reports to ensure appropriate follow-up.
    7. HR Reporting & Analytics

      • Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and HR systems with accurate and timely information.
      • Prepare HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring success, training effectiveness).
      • Assist in preparing HR budgets and cost-effective solutions for HR operations.
    8. Other Administrative Support

      • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee events.
      • Assist in managing the employee performance review process.
      • Support the HR Manager in special projects and initiatives as needed.
