Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring smooth integration into the company and its culture.
- Maintain job descriptions and ensure alignment with operational requirements.

Employee Relations
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution, ensuring a positive work environment.
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to promote team spirit, morale, and retention.
- Facilitate regular employee feedback sessions and surveys to identify areas for improvement.

Payroll & Benefits Administration
- Assist in the administration of payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely compensation for all employees.
- Support the HR team in managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Maintain up-to-date records of employee attendance, leave balances, and other related documentation.

Training & Development
- Coordinate training programs to improve employee skills, knowledge, and safety compliance.
- Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads and ensure employees receive relevant development opportunities.
- Maintain training records and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and industry-specific regulations.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures.
- Conduct audits and ensure proper documentation and record-keeping in accordance with legal and company standards.

Health & Safety Compliance
- Collaborate with the safety department to ensure workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate safety training sessions and conduct periodic health and safety audits.
- Monitor workers' compensation and injury reports to ensure appropriate follow-up.

HR Reporting & Analytics
- Maintain and update HR databases, employee files, and HR systems with accurate and timely information.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends and metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring success, training effectiveness).
- Assist in preparing HR budgets and cost-effective solutions for HR operations.

Other Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, meetings, and employee events.
- Assist in managing the employee performance review process.
- Support the HR Manager in special projects and initiatives as needed.
