Job Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in selling staff augmentation services, with a strong ability to identify, engage, and close deals with potential clients across various industries.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Client Acquisition & Business Development:
    - Identify and prospect new clients through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
    - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to understand their staffing needs.
    - Present and pitch our staff augmentation services effectively to decision-makers.
    - Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

    2. Account Management:
    - Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service.
    - Understand client requirements and ensure seamless coordination with recruitment teams.
    - Regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

    3. Market Research & Strategy:
    - Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
    - Analyze competitors and develop strategies to position our services effectively.
    - Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation campaigns.

    4. Sales Process Management:
    - Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
    - Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue forecasts using CRM tools.
    - Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as required.

    Key Requirements:

    - 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in staffing/recruitment/staff augmentation.
    - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
    - Strong understanding of IT/Non-IT staffing solutions and market demands.
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    - Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach.
    - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
    - Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    - Experience in dealing with mid to large-sized enterprises.
    - Strong networking skills and the ability to leverage professional connections.
