Urgent Hiring: Foundry Costing Manager / Foundry Cost Controller

A leading (MNC) Casting/Foundry Manufacturing Company in Rajkot, Gujarat is looking for an experienced Foundry Costing Manager / Foundry Cost Controller.

Location: Rajkot, Gujarat
Experience: 10+ years in a Ductile Iron Foundry
CTC: 24 LPA
Industry: Foundry / Metal Casting
Required Expertise: DISA Vertical & ARPA lines costing (Shell & LFC added advantage)

Key Responsibilities:
Cost Tracking & Analysis: Monitor and analyze production costs to improve efficiency.
Standard Costing: Develop and maintain standard cost estimates for benchmarking.
Inventory Management: Optimize raw material inventory to reduce costs.
Variance Analysis: Identify and rectify cost deviations.
Reporting & Budgeting: Provide detailed cost reports to management.
Process Optimization: Minimize waste and enhance profitability.

Required Skills:
Strong cost accounting & financial analysis skills
Expertise in metal casting, foundry processes & manufacturing
Proficiency in statistical tools for process variability analysis
Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
