Job Description

Responsibilities-

To ensure that the MIS for the entire Aftersales Dept.

To create a review mechanism for the Dept.

To ensure that all OE required reports are sent as required.

To set up monitoring dashboards for the dept.

To Administer the operations of the Hosur Hub To maintain the facility and any allied set ups at the Location.

 

Key Performance Indicators KPI-

MIS and reports created as scheduled.

MIS and reports sent to stakeholders as required.

Optimize the complete admin of the Hosur Hub.

Ensure the smooth implementation of ERP in the Aftersales Dept.
