Primary Responsibilities:
Manage overall personnel, performance, and discipline of the assigned project/ s
Manage relationship with internal stakeholders and functions
Define and understand client requirements and aligning processes to fulfill the same
Manage all client interaction and client communication
Front end the relationship with the client
Manage any escalations in the process
Review and analysis of periodic reports and metrics
Evaluate operational practices and procedures
Actively involved in the internal audit support, ensuring all compliance parameters are met
Provide direction to staff; ensure resolution of problems and set priorities
Provide support to quality initiatives targeted towards process improvements
Actively provide inputs and assistance to the senior management in the planning, implementation, and evaluation/ modifications to existing operations, systems, and procedures, specifically relating to his/ her assigned project/ s
Identify and suggest appropriate work-flow model for processes
Drive and implement changes - ensuring process improvements (Re-engineering)
Liaise with onshore to Analyze business trends, forecasting and planning based on the business trends
Transition, coordinate and plan with transition department and providing support in terms of expertise
Creating and presenting OBRs, QBRs & MPRs every month and quarterly
Manage attrition and building retention strategies
Preparation of annual business plans including operating budgets
Negotiate solutions, resolving conflicts and anticipating/ handling critical situations
Provide regular performance feedback and conduct annual appraisal reports
Create and present month and quarterly report to clients
Create and send daily/ weekly/ monthly reports to senior management
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
