Job Description

    Job Description Thorough understanding of requirements and specifications to provide timely and meaningful feedback. Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities. Identify and track bugs until they are resolved. Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and new feature. Track quality assurance metrics, including defect density and open defect counts, and provide testing updates to stakeholders. Hands-on experience with OpenSearch tool. Own the responsibility of assigned task and updating to stake holders timely. Be flexible to take on new challenges and responsibilities. Stay up to date with new testing tools and test strategies. Following are the required skills Proficiency in automation testing tools, particularly Selenium. Experience in API testing using Postman and/or Rest Assured. Experience in developing automation test framework using Java and Selenium. Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases in BDD format. Strong knowledge in software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience with test case management tools like Jira, Zephyr and X-Ray. Hands-on experience with both manual and automation testing. Experience in defining and implementing test strategies for manual and automation across projects. Familiarity with risk-based testing and prioritization of test cases accordingly. Experience in performance testing. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams along with problem-solving skills, time management and multitasking. Experience in the contact centre domain is a plus. SDLC and STLC process Agile Process Repository management Gitlab, Github, SVN Soft Skills Excellent communication skills - oral, written, presentation. Ability to set priorities, develop and execute a clear and concise plan, and drive execution. Work in collaboration with Cross functional team Take ownership, think innovation and clearly understand problem to handle ambiguities in large projects.,
