Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers to enhance team productivity and code quality. Optimize application performance and ensure efficient resource utilization by conducting performance testing, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies related to Ruby on Rails, and share knowledge with the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer, with a focus on Ruby on Rails. (5+ years of experience) Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails with a solid understanding of the core principles, frameworks, and ecosystem. Experience with database systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases especially PostgreSQL Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git. Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and testable code, with a strong emphasis on software quality and best practices. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges and provide innovative solutions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
