First Preference : Ahmedabad Second Preference : Hyderabad Job Description: L2 Senior Production Support Developer Role: Experience Range: 3.5 Years to 6 Years We are looking for a Java Developer with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-ecommerce Application. You will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Java developer roles and responsibilities include managing Java/Java EE application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. Responsibilities Java developer responsibilities include designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems and delivering high-availability and performance Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle Write well designed, testable, efficient code Strong SQL/ PL Sql Queries , Able to understand execute Strong PL/SQL Queries/SQL Queries. Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Provide L2 support for the issues forwarded by L1 team & CSM Team. Production Support lifecycle deliverables: Production support- Detect Fixes as per the Production Support SLAs defined by client. Requirements BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject Proven hands-on Software Development experience Proven working experience in Java development Proven working experience in Support Projects. Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Class loading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc.) Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework Experience with test-driven development Experience with Version Control Systems like GIT. Willingness to work in shifts/ Must have flexibility with work hours and be able to provide on- demand support as required. Strong problem-solving skills Excellent client-facing skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills Hands on experience with Java,J2EE, JSP,Servlets, Bootstrap and AngularJS. Hands on experience with Microsoft SQL. Strong SQL/PL Sql Query Joins, Sub Queries Strong knowledge and experience in SOAP Web Services Technical Skills Java 1.7 & 1.8/ Full Stack Development Strong design principles Debug and deploy Web based JEE application Manage multiple code bases Develop new features/Customization/Enhancements Code Reviews MVC JSP/Servlets, EJB (we use stateless only)/ Swing Legacy Application Unit Testing (TDD, mocks, Mockito, Jest) JTA/Hibernate SQL ( stored procedures, etc.) Angular, Apache/Jboss/Wildfly Configuration/ Apache-ant-1.9.2 Linux GIT management and configuration / Jira Ticketing Tool. Jenkins CI Spring (mostly MVC and AOP or JEE CDI) JVM profiling Development Tools Eclipse/Git. Microsoft SQL Server 2012,
