- Job Description We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As a Flutter Developer, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining ERP applications tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. This role requires a developer with strong problem-solving skills, a passion for clean code, and experience in building scalable cross-platform applications. Key Responsibilities Develop & Maintain ERP Applications: Build, test, and deploy ERP applications using Flutter across Android and iOS platforms. Custom Features: Develop modules such as inventory management, billing systems, customer portals, and reporting dashboards. API Integration: Collaborate with backend developers to integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Performance Optimization: Ensure the application runs smoothly by optimizing performance, debugging, and fixing bugs. UI/UX Design Implementation: Convert high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces using Flutter widgets. Code Quality: Write clean, reusable, and scalable code adhering to industry best practices. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, testers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Testing & Deployment: Perform unit testing and collaborate on deployment to production. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new technologies, frameworks, and best practices in Flutter and mobile app development. Qualifications Must-Have: Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Flutter and Dart development. ERP Domain Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems or prior experience in developing ERP-related applications is highly preferred. Cross-Platform Development: Hands-on experience in developing applications for both Android and iOS using Flutter. State Management: Experience with state management tools like Provider, Riverpod, GetX, or Bloc. API Integration: Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON parsing. Database Management: Knowledge of integrating local databases like SQLite, Hive, or shared preferences. Version Control: Proficiency with Git and CI/CD pipelines. Problem Solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice-to-Have: Experience with cloud services like Firebase or AWS. Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. Understanding of secure coding principles and data encryption techniques. Prior experience with web-based ERP solutions or backend development.
