Send us your info today at hidden_email Strategic Transformation Business Analyst Position Type: Full time | Location: Noida, India Position Summary Strategic Transformation Analyst to play a key role in driving strategic initiatives and business transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction industry, excellent analytical skills, financial modelling, and a proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Management, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus. Minimum 2 years is experience is required. Proven experience in successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of construction industry trends, regulations, and best practices. Familiarity with project management methodologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently when needed. Proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Key Responsibilities Evaluate existing business processes and identify areas for improvement. Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Prepare reports and dashboards to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders. Provide regular updates on the progress of strategic initiatives to top management. Collaborate with organizational leaders to develop and implement change management strategies. Support the communication and training efforts related to strategic transformations. Address resistance and facilitate a smooth transition to new processes. Identify and evaluate technology solutions that align with strategic objectives. Collaborate with IT teams to integrate new technologies and systems.
