Job Description:

We are hiring for an International Voice Process role where you'll handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers, resolving queries and providing top-notch customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Handle calls from international clients, addressing queries and complaints.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues professionally.
• Document customer interactions and maintain CRM updates.
• Meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience in voice-based roles (preferred but not required).
• Ability to work in shifts.
