Job Description

5 - 7 Years 1 Opening Trivandrum Role description Minimum 5 years of experience in managing data center (DC) network infrastructure. Maintain and optimize the performance, availability, and security of DC network infrastructure, including SD-WAN, routers, firewalls, and load balancers. Design and implement advanced network solutions, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, and data center networks. Manage and optimize network architecture to ensure scalability and reliability. Provide Level 3 support for complex network issues, including root cause analysis and resolution. Act as an escalation point for L1 and L2 support teams. Monitor network performance and conduct capacity planning to ensure optimal resource utilization. Implement measures to optimize network throughput, reduce latency, and enhance overall performance. Configure and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion prevention systems. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Expertise in networking protocols such as TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, QoS, and multicast configurations. Hands-on experience with SD-WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Citrix ). Proficient in using packet capture tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. Familiarity with cloud-based networking solutions in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Experience with load balancers such as F5 or Citrix ADC. Proficiency in network automation tools, such as Python, Ansible, or Terraform. Exposure to SDN (Software-Defined Networking) solutions. Experience in managing high-availability and disaster recovery configurations. Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent advanced credentials.
