Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for a dynamic, high-energy individual. He/she should have pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and

coordination with Sales team.

- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.

- Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from customers.

- Follow-up with customers.

- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective customers or for customers to attend sales presentations.

- Client Relationship Management, Handling calls, collecting
and updating the database.
- Good communication skill.
- Good knowledge in MS Office.

- General Shift 9.30 am to 6.15 pm

- Work Location: Pune (Regional Office, Boat Club Road)

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Any Graduate preferably with an MBA.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization
