Job Description

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our IT services. This role demands excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of IT services, and the ability to deliver tailored solutions to clients. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through research, networking, and cold outreach. Utilize CRM tools to manage and track leads and opportunities. Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and presenting relevant IT services. Serve as a point of contact for client queries and ensure timely follow-ups. Sales & Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client pitches tailored to client requirements. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively. Market Research & Strategy: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify business opportunities. Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design and implement effective strategies. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics. Provide regular updates and reports to the Business Development Manager/Team Lead. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the IT services domain. Strong understanding of IT services such as software development, digital marketing, cloud solutions, or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office Suite. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
