    Job Description Roles/Responsibilities Administer and maintain the Service Management Tool. Configure workflows, forms, templates, and business rules based on organizational requirements. Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure secure and efficient usage. Design and implement custom workflows, dashboards, and automation processes. Develop custom dashboards and reports for SLA tracking, incident trends, and service performance. Oversee the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) to ensure asset and relationship accuracy. Create and present detailed reports on service performance, trends, and SLA compliance. Identify opportunities for process and service improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Maintain and update the service catalog, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation of services. Monitor key metrics to ensure service delivery aligns with business expectations. Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and risk management policies. Proactively manage risks and develop contingency plans for critical IT services. Troubleshoot tool-related issues and collaborate with vendors for resolution. Act as the primary point of contact for escalations, ensuring customer satisfaction. . Experience / Skills/Qualifications Education Qualification: Graduate in Engineering with 4 to 8 years of experience in IT Service Management or related fields. Certification: ITIL Foundation (or higher). Proven experience in managing ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, Cherwell, Jira Service Management). Strong understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills for cross-team collaboration and training. Flexible to work in a 24/7 environment.,
