Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Machine Learning Engineer with over 5 years of experience to join our machine learning team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical modeling, along with experience in developing and deploying scalable ML models. This role is critical to driving our data-driven initiatives and will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions. Job Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software developers to integrate ML models into production systems. Conduct thorough research and experimentation to evaluate and improve model performance. Lead and mentor junior ML engineers and data scientists, providing guidance on best practices and advanced techniques. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of ML solutions through rigorous testing and validation. Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and related technologies. Continuously improve development processes, tools, and methodologies. Document ML models, processes, and experiments comprehensively for future reference and knowledge sharing. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production environments.
