- Job Description Your role as an Associate Director/Associate Principal -DATA SCIENCE Chennai | Hyderabad | Bengaluru Provides the opportunity for you to Work on highly complex data science problems in Supply Chain that add significant business value to our clients. Guide and showcase your technical leadership to a multidisciplinary team of ML engineers, Data Scientists, and Application Engineers. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical strategy for data, machine learning, applications, and insights in Supply Chain and Manufacturing problems Experience an entrepreneurial setup where individuals can shape their growth paths. Receive mentorship from deeply knowledgeable peers and industry veterans. Leverage your deep expertise in a variety of problems in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing space in large scale optimization, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and E2E platform development Support campaigns, thought leadership sessions and proposals for clients Champion best analytics, data science, and machine learning practices Desired Skills and Experience 8+ yrs experience in delivering data science solutions / services 2+ years of working experience on supply chain and manufacturing problems and deep interest in learning more about this space Strong analytical skills with proficiency in application of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms Ability to research and learn from the state-of-the-art in AI/ML and implement/prototype solution Ability to engage with the client stakeholders to structure and drive discussions for unstructured problem or questions from the client. Ability to understand business problems, articulate, ideate & converge on solution approach and develop analytical solutions with measurable Business outcomes Ability to project yourself as a technical decision maker and thought leader in the data science space Ability to identify new opportunities and extend existing opportunity.
