Job Description: Analyst / Associate Real Estate Investments

Location: Mumbai

Department: Real Estate Investments

Role Summary:

The candidate will support the real estate investment team in managing investments, conducting financial analysis, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage historical investments, track critical portfolio events, and prepare periodic updates for senior management.
• Perform financial modelling, data analysis / management, and due diligence for investments.
• Assist in legal documentation and ensure investment compliances with all applicable regulations.
• Prepare investment committee presentations and investor communications.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction closures.

Qualifications:

• Education: CA or MBA from a reputed institution.
• Experience: 3 years in real estate investments, financial institutions, or consulting

Key Skills:

• Financial modelling and data analysis-management.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of / willingness to learn about legal documentation and regulatory frameworks.
• Prior real estate experience is preferred.
• Ability to take initiatives, drive assigned tasks, and work alone / with a team to deliver desired results
