Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Application Developer with a strong emphasis on user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design. The ideal candidate will possess a robust technical background, particularly in web technologies, low-code development, AI and cloud services, and will be passionate about creating intuitive and engaging applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop dynamic web applications utilizing HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Create wireframes and UI prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and gather feedback.
- Use Draw.IO for creating process diagrams and visual representations of application workflows.
- Develop low-code solutions using platforms such as OutSystems and PowerApps, enhancing application deployment speed and efficiency.
- Write clean, maintainable code in .NET and C#, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement and maintain applications on Azure, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and UX designers, to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Conduct user testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs for continuous improvement.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to innovate and enhance application functionality.
- Document development processes and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
- Experience in Designing AI Solutions: Proven track record of designing and implementing AI solutions, including machine learning models, to enhance business processes and user experiences.
- Expertise in Conversational AI: Strong background in developing AI-driven conversational bots, with a focus on natural language processing (NLP) and user intent recognition to create engaging and effective user interactions.
- AI Transactional Bots Development: Demonstrated ability to create and deploy transactional bots that streamline user interactions and facilitate automated processes across various platforms.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Proficient in analyzing bot performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve AI solutions and ensure high levels of accuracy and user satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Overall 5+yrs experience in relevant skills and IT industry.
- Proven experience as an application developer with a strong focus on UI/UX design.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS, with solid understanding of responsive design principles.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, specifically Draw.IO.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms, particularly OutSystems and PowerApps.
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework, C#, and cloud services, especially Azure.
- Experience in creating UI prototypes that effectively communicate design intent.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant work in application development and UI/UX design is highly desirable.
