Candidates with Portfolio handling experience

Location: ITPL Tech Park, Whitefield, Bangalore
Crescent 3 Building, 9th Floor

To manage clients' portfolio, wealth management, investment, well-versed in Mutual Fund, PMS, insurance, etc.

Need experience in handling a large customer base.

Excellent communication in English + local language Kannada is a must.

The Outbound Contact Channel will work and focus on a new-age technology that will provide the customer with a new and unique banking experience in terms of customer service.

Outbound Contact Centre envisages providing a differential customer experience.

About the Role

Virtual Relationship Managers are responsible for cross-selling (assets) business of the bank by exploring business opportunities from existing customers. Digital RMs are situated in the Outbound Contact Centre and are responsible for selling loan products and services to customers based on their needs. They are also responsible for handling queries to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The following tasks will be carried out through remote digital media (phone call, email):

  • Work within the RM Hub to cater to the service needs of Burgundy Customers.
  • Achieve the set target of revenue (IPG and other cross-sell) from the mapped set of customers associated with him/her.
  • Provide premium customer service delivery to the mapped Burgundy portfolio.
  • Work on CASA deepening and NTB lead generation.
  • Assist in providing NDIAS services.
  • Manage the Burgundy portfolio through client outreach and continuous monitoring of client relationships, including product, portfolio, and banking needs.
  • Achieve the monthly assigned revenue targets through effective cross-sales, generating fee income across investment, assets, cards, and liability products.
  • Utilize applications, tools, and databases effectively to process transparent end-to-end client support.
  • Adhere to internal control policies and ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and governmental regulations.
  • Engage in up-selling, cross-selling, and providing regular market information and updates to customers.
  • Ensure extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience.
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers' banking requirements.

Qualifications

Optimal qualifications for success in the job:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience in the BFSI sector.

To execute the job successfully, a candidate should possess the following:

  • Good communication skills in both English and the local language (Kannada).
  • Excellent lead generation and conversion skills.
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to successfully work as part of a team.
  • High sales orientation to meet sales targets consistently.
  • Strong willingness to work in Relationship Management, Banking operations, and investment products.
  • Prior experience in sales.
  • Knowledge of Mutual Fund, Life Insurance, General Insurance, PMS, and structured products.
  • Teamwork, verbal and written excellence, resilience, and a high level of motivation to develop a new department.
