Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Monitoring compliance: Monitoring the day to day company's adherence to policies and procedures
Infra compliances - Monitoring all Infra and pre-requisites for functioning and validity of licenses is tracked
Violations: identify and streamline any violations of laws or regulations to management and regulatory bodies
Resolving issues: Resolving all end to end issues with respect to licenses
Developing policies: Creating policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Monitoring Communication to authorities- Monitoring communications to the authority with respect to all licenses.
Renewals- Escalating to Regional Head and COO for renewal of license
Submissions to regulatory authority- update on all the submission of documents to authorities and maintaining a tracker for that and reporting to manager.
Update- Update management with compliance tracker on a monthly basis.

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience : 3-7 Years (Health care Industry)
