Job Description

Teleperformance is hiring for Customer support (Mutual Funds -Sales) Process.

We prefer candidates from B.com stream who are familiar and are interested to work and build their career in the BFSI or NBFC Industry, however candidates from other streams also can apply.

Work Specifics:

• Fresher and experienced candidates both can Apply
• 6 Days working/ Rotational Week Off.
• 8 Hours Shift- Day Shift
• Language - Hindi(Not Urdu mixed Hindi) Mandatory with English Communication
• Location - Ambattur- Ambit IT Park, Chennai.
• Salary up to 16k -19k Take home, CTC Upto 23K.
• Incentives will so added

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Explaining the customers product features & benefits.

* Outbound Process- Calling existing and potential customers to explain the features of the products and services.

* Excellent Communication in English and Hindi(Urdu mixed Hindi not Acceptable )

* Graduation mandatory
