Job Types: Regular / Permanent, Full-time Responsibilities Candidate would be report to Zonal Head Candidate shall be good in communication knowledge. Candidate should be well versed with Team Playing, Scheduling meetings, maintain calendars and prepare MIS etc. Candidate should have well acquainted with email drafting. Candidate shall have good experience in drafting of Minutes of meeting. Strong organizational and time management skills. Help executives with travel arrangements Responsibility and confidentiality Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools. Drafting letters and emails with precise attention to detail and proper formatting. Managing multiple schedules efficiently, using digital calendars and scheduling tools to organize meetings, appointments, and events. Facilitating inter-office communication to ensure smooth coordination between executives. Qualifications Bachelor degree in English/MBA Shorthand & Computer literate Knowing of Hindi, Telugu and Kannada will be an added advantage Experience Candidate should have 4 to 6 yrs. experience in Executive level Secretary.
