Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Managing and supporting Application systems
• Being Critical Application - keeping it up and running 24 * 7 is the key role
• Reporting periodical MIS on the performance of the Channels
• Should be proactive in identifying, reporting and resolving the issues on timely manner
• Adhere to strict compliance guidelines and implementing the same
• Ensure DR and continuity of applications for business
• Adhering to audit, security compliance and implementing for applications supported
• Should be able to handle audit/compliance of core application and should be able to deal with external/internal auditors.
• Good Vendor Management Skills
• Monitoring of all service desk tickets
• Publishing and following up with teams for timely closure
• Interacting with vendors and working towards closure of issues in timely manner
• Handling incident management
• Coordinate with the SDG, Business/Testing Team for sign off / implementations of change request.
• Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
• Identifying and resolving technical issues
• Performance Optimization and fine Tuning of Application
• Managing vendor teams to deliver in agile manner
• Defining Processes and implementing the same

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum BE and above
• Min of 3 years of work experience in application support
• Preferably from Banking / BFSI Space
• Must be able to handle multiple stakeholders
