Languages to Know : Malayalam OR Telugu speaking with Moderate communication in English
Experience Required : Fresher or Experienced
Minimum Qualification : Graduate or Under Graduate
Work Mode : Work from Office
Working Hours : Day Shift(9 hours work with 1 hour break)
Nature of work : Blended call, resolving the queries and concerns of customers, explaining the product / services features to customers, reminder and welcome calling etc.
