Responsible for Leading and mentoring a small development team within a specific task or project, side by side with hands-on development.

• Develop/Performance tuning of Operational Reports/Dashboards using latest version of Power BI
• Advance level development using Multiple Data Sources Dashboards
• Expert in DAX language
• Experience developing Power BI Reports and Dashboards
• Good to have experience on SSAS, tabular model/Cubes.
• Have in-depth knowledge of Power BI charts, tools, Self service
• Follow Power BI development practices, understand Power BI Technical Business metadata management/
• Advanced proficiency with SQL for the generation and extraction of data for use in analytics and reporting.
• Write unit tests al development and provide support during user acceptance testing system testing.
• Support on-going daily Tasks, issues and adhere to the organization s software development standards.
• Good debugging and analytical skills
• Maintain current products (bug fixes)
• Work efficiently under minimum supervision.
• Work closely on all levels with stakeholders like Analyst, Lead, Project Managers Account Focal.
• Establish good working and personal relationship with the stakeholders.

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in Power BI
• Development Fluency in reporting Tool Power BI, BI Concepts.
• Moderate Knowledge of ETL Development Synapse
• Hands-on experience with MS-SQL
• understanding the business requirements, designing the data model, and developing visualizations that provide actionable insights.
• managing data sets, ensuring they are clean, accurate, and ready for analysis. This often involves data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes
• work closely with various stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and data scientists, to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet them
• often train end-users on how to use the dashboards and reports effectively. This includes explaining how to interpret the data and make data-driven decisions
• Address issues with report performance, data quality, and user access
• Keep up with industry trends and best practices for Business Intelligence tools
• Strong analytical technical skills in BI reporting Tool
• Effectively manage multiple time sensitive responsibilities, and string multi-tasking capabilities
