Role & responsibilities

• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in IT or technology-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of screening resumes for technical roles and understanding of common tech stacks, tools, and terminologies.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing offers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
