Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably in IT or technology-focused roles.
Strong knowledge of screening resumes for technical roles and understanding of common tech stacks, tools, and terminologies.
Demonstrated expertise in managing the full recruitment cycle efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and stakeholders.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successfully closing offers.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
