Role/Job Title: Relationship Manager-First Wealth
Function/ Department: Branch Banking
Job Purpose:
The role entails scaling up the Retail Banking business for the Bank by leading customer service, cross-sell and premium customer acquisition for the branch. It also entails developing constructive relationships with key local clients and working closely with them to boost volume of business by establishing a strong foundation with them as their financial partner of choice. Role will closely collaborate with Cross sell team and Product teams for the same. This role encapsulates the responsibility of owning the customer experience at the branch and deepening the relationship. It includes working with the client to help them make the right financial decisions by providing them with information about financial products.

Graduation: Bachelors in Engineering / Technology / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business /
Computers / Management/ any other graduation degree.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Banking or allied Business.
