Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Ground Execution Excellence: Lead the execution of all on-ground marketing activities, including but not limited to:
- Clinic-level activations: Manage promotions, events, and initiatives at/ around individual clinic locations.
- Hyperlocal marketing campaigns: Execute targeted campaigns for specific neighbourhoods and communities; track them and monitor and refresh as required
- Vendor management: Coordinate with external vendors (e.g., OOH agents, promotional agencies, local media) to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- On-ground team management: Liaison between the Agencies and Clinic Ops team to drive implementation in the most impactful way for the clinic
- Supporting the Marketing team with any On-Ground event as required
- Marketing Collateral /Asset Management:
- Monthly and weekly calendar publishing for Digital Standees, TV Screens, LED Screens
- Monthly and weekly calendar of all Offline Collaterals across all clinics.
- Managing the printing and dissemination across all clinics. Ensure that all Clinics collaterals are replenished, updated and managed. Keeping in mind frugality and sustainability.
- Weekly reports of implementation of all assets across clinics (offline and online)
- Managing Member kits, Doctor kits from a production and tracking perspective.
- Understanding the indent process and following the same
- Vendor Management:
- PO management: Track and manage PO and invoices for all teams
- Vendor Onboarding: Following the necessary processes to enable onboarding process
- Freelancers: Photographers, Printers, and any other freelancer requirements: maintain catalogue- rate card
- Vendor Payment: Ensure timely payments through timely invoice submission
- Supporting the Marketing team with documentation, Storage for critical documentation
- Clinics Branding: Overlooking the branding of existing as well as upcoming clinics and ensuring consistent and recognizable brand identity across various touch points.
- MIS Accounting: Maintaining and tracking marketing spends and ensuring timely reporting to all stakeholders.
Added Advantage:
- Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry.
- Experience of working with multiple teams for collaboration, implementation and collecting feedback.
- Knowledge of hyperlocal marketing channels from an implementation and recommendation POV
- Peoples person, can think on their feet and a solution mindset
Skills Required:
- Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Ops, Marketing, Sales
- Experience: 1 to 3year experience of working in marketing, handling the marketing activities and marketing finances.
- Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office; hands on experience of SCM tools like Oracle EBS/Fusion would be an add-on.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; negotiation skills; taking ownership.
