Maintain the highest standards of customer service, for both inbound and outbound calls.

First Call resolution for Executive club members, Premium Customers, Preferred Partners.

Maintaining data protection and confidentiality for staff and customer

Required Candidate profile

* Travel industry/call center experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
* Strong conflict/objection handling skills
* Basic knowledge of Advanced fares and ticketing, electronic ticketing, and understanding of GDS 5days working both side cabs 2 off Location Gurgaon 9717439***
